An order is considered confirmed after the payment has been successfully processed.

In the case of online payment, payment processing is carried out through secure payment services. The Seller does not receive or store the full details of the user's bank cards.

The cost of goods is indicated on the site. The shipping cost may be paid separately and is calculated according to the delivery service rates or order conditions.

In the case of international orders, the shipping cost, as well as possible customs duties and taxes, are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

In case of a product return, the refund is made using the same method that was used for the payment, or by another method by agreement of the parties, within the timeframe provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
