This is a handcrafted piece by the artisan Viktoriia. She began knitting these sweaters for you back in the winter of 2025—so that today, one of you could wear a truly special piece and stay warm this autumn.
12 days. That is exactly how long it takes Viktoriia to craft a single sweater, paying attention to every detail.
That is why each sweater is a unique, exclusive item; you can’t simply hit “copy” and churn out another hundred.
For us, this story is also about opportunity. It is about the importance of supporting older adults, giving them the chance to work, earn an income, and continue doing what they love and excel at.
We believe that the true value of an item lies not just in how it looks, but in the time, care, and craftsmanship invested in its creation.

In case of a product return, the refund is made using the same method that was used for the payment, or by another method by agreement of the parties, within the timeframe provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.
Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta.
International shipping is provided by Nova Poshta Global.
The delivery timeframe depends on the recipient's country and the carrier's operations.
The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used and its original condition, tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are preserved.
Refunds are issued after the seller receives and inspects the goods within the timeframes established by law or agreed upon by the parties. The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection also specifies refund periods based on the grounds for the return.
